Rizq started about two decades ago when Musa's mother started opening the gates of her house to the ones hungry for lunch. Soon his friends joined and laid the foundation of the movement.
The co-founder of Rizq has also won the Common wealth Points of Light Award recently. During the Coronavirus days and in Ramadan, Kausar Rice and General Mills contributed with Rizq in arranging a network of over 3,000 volunteers to help them distribute over 2.2 million meal packs across 23 cities.
